Dr. Charm has had a successful optometric practice in Anaheim Hills, California since 1977. He has continuously taken the trust and confidence that his patients place in him very seriously, and understands how precious a gift vision is. He considers his patients members of his extended family, and treats them with the same care and empathy as he treats his immediate family.

Dr. Charm has been highly involved in leadership, serving as previous past president for the Orange County Optometric Society and California Optometric Association. He is also a distinguished member of the Anaheim Hills Rotary club. He enjoys spending time off with his family and playing the saxophone. He is a sports fan, he “tries to pretend” he plays golf, and has become a hockey enthusiast.
